Directing Product Design
User Interface Oversee all UI design efforts. This includes individual team members projects with their scrum teams, approving final designs for development, and oversight of our design system and component library across web, mobile, and integration experiences.
User Experience Guide designers through best practices and systematic and consistent approach for the UX patterns in our platform. We are constantly building and refining our, systems, patterns, personas, journey maps, and best practices as a team.
User Research Coached the team on how to conduct non-biased research and created the methodologies, and record keeping for research across product designers and product managers. We built practices that encompass discovery, design validation, and acceptance testing.
Team Management I have simultaneously managed 9 designers during my tenure.
Directing Insights & Analytics
Internal KPIs Oversee dashboard creation and metric tracking for internal KPIs across the majority of our product lines. This includes managing Pendo, customer health reporting, and NPS.
Customer Dashboards and Reporting Design and manage dashboard and data export formats for consistent methodologies, and implementation for our customer base.
ROI & White Papers Work with Marketing to deliver metrics that show platform ROI. Developed and delivered white papers and thought leadership for the business.

Directing Product Management
Insights & Reporting Oversee data engineering team that manages ETL workflows responsible for delivering customer dashboards and data exports.
Mobile Responsible for mobile development team and the delivery of our iOS and Android platforms.
Integrations Delivered product integrations and manage vendors for Slack, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Bamboo HR, ADP, Google BigQuery, Hevo, Pendo, ChurnZero, SalesForce, Mode, and Courier.
Platform UX Oversee delivery of our platform’s user experience, react component library, and global system tools including user management, email, imports, notifications, translations, branding, and shared user tools.
Team Management I am currently responsible for the output of two scrum teams, but have managed up to four.
Product Stuff Roadmaps, strategy, prioritization, integrated vendor management, customer research, KPIs, and more.
